What a porter actually does all day

Between loops, the porter handles the surprises. Coffee in the elevator, a clogged dispenser, a delivery that left a mess. Your tenants see one calm uniform instead of a growing problem.

Day porter or janitorial crew

Some buildings do not need a porter at all. If your traffic is light, a second short night visit costs less and covers the same ground. We tell you which one your building is during the walkthrough, even when the honest answer is the cheaper one.
