Every quote is written and lists the checklist it covers. Work outside the checklist is quoted separately before it happens. Recurring service is month to month unless a written agreement says otherwise, and either side can end it with 30 days notice.
You provide access instructions and alarm codes as needed. Keys are coded and logged. If a key is lost, we tell you the same day and pay for the rekey.
We are licensed and insured in New York. Damage caused by our crew is reported to you the same day and handled through our insurance, not debated.
